<p>Ako ste savladali kako se priprema <a href="http://42magazin.rs/vikend-recept-bundeva-od-koje-ide-voda-na-usta/" target="_blank">pečena bundeva</a>, vreme je da pređemo na sledeći korak – kuvamo potaž od ove namirnice da dodamo malo boje na trpezu, a ukus je dodatni benefit. Ovo jelo je ekstremno jednostavno za spremanje, a to što je zdravo vam takođe ide u korist. Mi predlažemo verziju bez ulja, ali ako želite puniji ukus, dodajte maslac ili ulje. A da – ne zaboravite i krutone koje možete sami napraviti ili kupiti gotove.</p>

<p><strong>Sastojci</strong><br />
‒ 400 g bundeve<br />
‒ 3 šargarepe<br />
‒ 2 krompira<br />
‒1 glavica crnog luka<br />
‒ nekoliko semenki bundeve<br />
‒ 100 g rikote<br />
‒ so<br />
‒ biber</p>
<p><strong>Priprema<br />
</strong>1. Bundevu, šargarepu, krompir i luk iseckajte na sitnije komade i stavite u šerpu sa litrom vode da se kuva oko 20 minuta.<br />
2. Prospite polovinu vode iz šerpe, a zatim štapnim mikserom ispasirajte povrće i preostalu vodu dok ne dobijete jedinstvenu smesu odgovarajuće gustine.<br />
3. Kuvajte još minut-dva.<br />
4. Dodajte so i biber, dobro promešajte i sipajte u činije ili duboke tanjire.<br />
5. Pospite potaž semenkama bundeve i komadićima rikote kao na predlogu za serviranje.</p>
